How much does junk removal cost?

A quarter load covers small pickups like a few pieces of furniture or boxes (roughly 30 bags' worth). A half load fits a room or small apartment cleanout (about 60 bags). Three-quarters handles garages, basements, or partial home cleanouts (about 90 bags). A full load covers a full home, office, or major cleanout (about 120 bags). Every price includes labor, hauling, and disposal — no hourly rates, no hidden fees. For a single item like one mattress or one appliance, text us a photo and we'll quote it directly rather than charging a full truck-load rate.

Clean Team prices by truck space, not by the hour — a quarter truck load is $225, a half load is $375, three-quarters is $525, and a full truck load is $650.

Do you offer same-day junk removal?

Yes — Clean Team offers true same-day junk removal seven days a week, depending on scheduling availability.

Contact us early in the day and we can often provide pickup within hours. Same-day service is available for both residential and commercial customers.

What items can you take?

We remove most non-hazardous items: furniture, mattresses and box springs, appliances, electronics, garage and basement clutter, yard debris, and construction debris, for both homes and businesses.

What items can't you take?

For ammo or firearms, your local police department's non-emergency line can safely take those off your hands. For paint, chemicals, and similar hazardous household products, Massachusetts handles disposal town-by-town rather than through one central facility — check MassDEP's Beyond the Bin directory at mass.gov, or your town's household hazardous waste collection day, to find the nearest drop-off.

We don't take firearms, ammunition, or hazardous chemicals that require specialized handling.

Do you donate or recycle items instead of dumping everything?

Yes — whenever an item is still usable, we donate it. We partner with Savers, Habitat for Humanity, The Giving Barn, and Goodwill to give items a second life instead of sending them to a landfill.

Our goal is to keep as much out of local landfills as possible while keeping junk removal affordable. Items that can be reused go to one of our donation partners; the rest is disposed of responsibly.

How is junk removal different from renting a dumpster?

With junk removal, our crew loads and hauls everything in one visit — with a dumpster rental, you load it yourself over several days and pay separately for drop-off and pickup.

Dumpster rentals make more sense for a long renovation where debris piles up over weeks. Junk removal makes more sense when you want it gone today and don't want to do the lifting yourself, or when you only have a truckload or less. Most residential customers choose junk removal specifically to skip the heavy lifting and the multi-day dumpster sitting in the driveway.

Do you handle estate cleanouts and senior move-outs?

Yes — when a parent or grandparent is transitioning to assisted living, a smaller home, or moving in with family, we help families navigate the process with patience and sensitivity.

We work around your schedule, handle items with care, and prioritize donation and rehoming over disposal wherever possible — because these aren't just things, they're memories.

Do you handle hoarding cleanouts?

Yes — hoarding cleanouts require a different level of care than a typical junk removal job, and we approach every one without judgment.

We understand these cleanouts are sensitive — for the person living in the home, for family members trying to help, and for the property itself. Our crew works methodically, communicates clearly, and handles the process as professionally and discreetly as possible.

Do you offer commercial junk removal?

We recycle electronics, computers, and office equipment after wiping data, and we work efficiently to minimize disruption to your operations. We've worked with law offices, dental practices, and several plumbing and contracting businesses across our service area.
